We will be using the gym from 10:00am-12:00pm on March 15, 16, and 17. During this time, we will be focusing on throwing and conditioning, but there will be no hitting. An athlete who commits in junior high and continues through his or her high school career will be in excellent shape to compete and leave their paw print on Blaine High School.īlaine's summer program is coordinated by Coach Mike Law.As we approach spring, I wanted to remind everyone of our optional training schedule for the week of spring break. Strength and conditioning is a vital component in the success of all athletes and teams. There are four 90 minute sessions at Blaine Area High School during June and July. Blaine provides a summer strength training and conditioning program for all Blaine Public Schools athletes entering grades 6-12.
